There was the satisfactory breakfast and we appreciated the location as well.
Quiet little small hotel with reasonable value, we had an excellent stay. The property staff was really kind, not annoying.

The hotel was located next to several museums and many restaurants, university campus and many restaurants in cute town center and the historical sights of the City. The staff were kind and the location was marvellous. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Old Town district: )

Everything was perfect, including pleasant staff and favourable location close to everthing. Location: the hotel was right by the center of old town Tartu as well as the Tartu's old city centre. We found nice Crepp nearby with hot beverages...

The historic house had a cozy atmosphere and the low ceilings and old furniture added to its charm. I especially enjoyed the simplicity of the Scandinavian style breakfast. The location was perfect, very near to the pedestrian street in the old town. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spent New Year's Eve in this beautiful, historical house, and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spotless and cozy, and the lovely art pieces on the walls were a nice surprise. The breakfast was decent, and the medieval walls in the cellar made it all the more charming. Plus, the location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the lively city center and all the cool restaurants and bars.
I must admit that the room we got was a bit disappointing. It had very basic furniture and wasn't as comfortable as we hoped.
